"Falling" scene COSTUMING

On Friday, we asked all actors in the "Falling" scene if they could supply their own black dance pants or sweats and solid black long sleeved T-shirt. We have 4 LS Black T's from the office, so let Rita (rflatz@earthlink.net) know if you don't have one. We're hoping to use "what we already have" as much as possible, since we have several other costume changes to supply. Black socks are needed for this scene-it is a blacklight scene-and we don't want to see their ankles.

Hey guys!!

First of all, I'm really excited for this show!! Second I want to remind you that our Act I run though is next Saturday, Jan 30 @ 11:30. Please be there!

Just a reminder...
Crew must wear ALL Black during dress week and all shows.
That means long sleeve Shirts, Black pants (NO Black Jeans), Black Socks and ALL Black Shoes (absolutely NO White).

Every Lutwidge Academy STUDENT and CLASSMATE needs to have a white, button up, collared shirt (long or short sleeve) for the show.. Before costumes tries to come up with 67 of these, we are hoping that you child may already have one that they can use for the run of the show..

Attached is the charm order list for Alice and Beauty. You may also order any past shows. These are great keepsakes. Many people select the 7" or 8" bracelet to place their charms on. The necklace is meant to hold one charm.

Due to timing with shows and backorders, we need to have all charm orders in by this Saturday, January 16th. The checks need to be separate from coupons or t-shirts made out to CYT. Getting ready for Friday...

Our first rehearsal begins tomorrow at 4:30pm. Please come prepared. Look at the previous post for details.

We will offer pizza ($1.50 per slice) for dinner and will take your order when you arrive.

The parent meeting in the FIRESIDE ROOM near the church's main entrance begins at 6:00pm.

T-Shirt orders are due tomorrow. We will only be placing one order this session.

Our Adventure Begins...

FIRST REHEARSAL for ALL Cast & Crew
Friday, January 15 4:30-8:30pm
1st Church of God
3300 NE 78th Street

Please drive around to the back of the church to drop off your kids.

We will be taking PROGRAM PHOTOS at this first rehearsal. Cast and crew should wear a dark, solid shirt for their photo. Cast members should dress comfortably, wear good shoes for dancing (no flip-flops or sandals), bring a three ring binder (for handouts, music, script), a pencil, water bottle and dinner/snack.

FIRST PARENT MEETING
Friday, January 15 6-8:30pm
Fireside Room (Downstairs through FRONT church entrance)

Cast parents are required to attend this meeting. Crew parents are encouraged to attend, especially if you are new to CYT.

Cast and crew must attend all rehearsals they are scheduled for. The rehearsal schedule will be available at the First Parent Meeting. Cast who need to be at this Saturday's rehearsal are:

9:00-1:00: Alice, Dwight, Chester, Matt, Marc, Dora, Miss Turtle, Laci, Traci, Staci, Kaci, Maci, Jaci, Jess, B, Classmates
11:00-1:00: Miss D, All Students

Cast members will also be asked to leave a $5 deposit to check out a rehearsal CD. And, if a cast members needs a script, they will be asked to leave a $25 deposit for script check out. Deposits will be returned at the end of the show when the student returns their CD or script. Scripts will be available this weekend.
